Do I get the deposit back after my stay?  

[No, the deposit comes off the final balance.]

Can I go straight to the home ?

[No, you must check in at our office.  That way you can pay the final balance and get the key.]

Can I pay my balance on a credit card ?

[You can pay your balance with a credit card, but there is a 3% fee to do this.  We work on commission, and taking the balance on a credit card would be too costly.]

How do we get to your office ?

[We are located 7.5 miles from the ferry, on the main road (M-134), on the left side. Our office hours are normally 10am-5pm.  If you are checking in and we are closed, there is a box on the side of the building.  There will be an envelope with everything you should need to check in.  You can read about this and other important information on the rental terms.]

Is there a grocery store on the island ?

[Yes, Sunes Grocery Store is located at the 4 corners, it's an IGA and should have everything you will need for your vacation.  There are also 2 party stores.]

Is there a coffee maker in the home?

[All the homes have coffee makers, microwaves and toasters.]
