THINGS YOU MUST KNOW

Our office may not be open when you arrive on the Island.   You will need to know the check-in procedure before you get here.  We may not be near a phone, please don't wait until you are on your way.    

We do not accept credit cards for final balance.  Please plan to pay cash or write a check.  If your guests are paying a portion, they need to know this also!

We do not give addresses to homes, you will get directions when you arrive.  If you have guests arriving late, plan ahead.  We may not be available and they will be lost!

Go to 'Booking Information' and read the checking in procedure.  You will be asked to sign a form stating that you read our terms.

If you haven't picked a home yet, Go to Rentals to get started!  Our online calendars are updated after every reservation.
